Bring a filled out Intake Booklet to your appointment. Intake Booklets are available to pick up at the Milford Library. Intake Booklets can be dowloaded from here. If you have not picked up and filled out an Intake Booklet prior to your appointment, please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to do so.
If paper copies of tax documents are not available the taxpayer must be willing to access the Customer Portal and upload their documents.
The site will close whenever the Milford School District declares a snow day and is listed as closed on WMUR television. Site staff will call clients and reschedule appointments if a storm or other event prevents opening.
