Bring a filled out Intake Booklet to your appointment. Intake Booklets are available to pick up at the Nashua Public Library Reference Desk during regular library hours. Intake Booklets can be dowloaded from here. If you have not picked up and filled out an Intake Booklet prior to your appointment, please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to do so.
Must bring paper copies of all tax documents. NH residents only.
The Nashua Public Library posts on its website (https://www.nashualibrary.org/) when it is closed for inclement weather. Site staff will call clients and reschedule appointments if a storm or other event prevents opening.
