Bring a filled out Intake Booklet to your appointment. Intake Booklets are available to pick up at the Exeter library next to the checkout desk across from the elevator. Intake Booklets can be dowloaded from here. If you have not picked up and filled out an Intake Booklet prior to your appointment, please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to do so.
Must bring paper copies of all tax documents. NH residents only.
The site will close whenever the Exeter Library declares a snow day and is listed as closed on WMUR television. Site staff will call clients and reschedule appointments if a storm or other event prevents opening.
