Bring a filled out Intake Packet to your appointment. Intake Packets are available to pick up at the entrance to The River Center or you may download a copy of the packet from here. If you have not picked up an Intake Packet prior to your appointment, please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to do so.
VITA program is generally for those who make $69,000 or less.
The site will close whenever the ConVal School District declares a snow day and is listed as closed on WMUR television. Site staff will call clients and reschedule appointments if a storm or other event prevents opening.
